Account Deletion Request

Effective date: 28 March 2026

BaronFM users can request deletion of their account and associated app data by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to baron@brnflow.com.
2. Use the subject line: BaronFM Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address used in the app and any details that help us identify your account.

What will be deleted

• Account profile data stored for BaronFM sign-in and app use.
• App balances, reward history, referral code links, and related profile records associated with your account.

What may be retained

• Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you personally.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after identity/account ownership is confirmed.
