1. Service and operator
BaronFM is operated within the BRNFlow LLC ecosystem. It provides live radio, an Android application, account features, activity scoring, referrals, community functions and reward programs. Features may differ between the web and Android versions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BaronFM. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Wallet, token or CPDGD features are available only to users who are legally permitted to use them and who meet any higher age requirement stated in the applicable CPDGD terms or campaign rules.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and maintain control of your sign-in credentials.
- Do not share, sell or transfer an account to evade eligibility or anti-abuse rules.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- We may request reasonable verification before processing a reward or deletion request.
4. BARON, AiRA and reward programs
BARON and AiRA are platform points used to measure eligible activity. They are not money, deposits, securities or guaranteed claims against BRNFlow LLC. They cannot be transferred or sold unless an official published rule expressly provides otherwise.
Mining, listening, referrals, advertisements, YouTube tasks, monthly competitions and withdrawals are subject to the rules displayed for the relevant program. Automated activity, false ad completions, duplicate accounts, manipulated referrals or other abuse may be excluded.
Program rules may be updated prospectively. Confirmed entitlements already earned under published rules will not be cancelled merely because the program later changes, except where they resulted from fraud, error, duplicate participation, legal restriction or a violation of the rules.
5. CPDGD reward transition
CPDGD is an independent digital asset and is not issued or administered by BaronFM or BRNFlow LLC. It does not represent ownership, equity or voting rights in BaronFM or BRNFlow LLC. BaronFM may use CPDGD as one of its promotional and reward-distribution methods.
Rewards earned through September 30, 2026 remain under the existing BNB/PI arrangement and will not be converted to CPDGD. Eligible users may request those existing rewards at the end of September without waiting for the former $50 minimum.
Rewards earned from October 1, 2026 are planned to be paid in locked CPDGD without a $50 withdrawal threshold. The USD calculation method, lock duration, eligibility and claim process are governed by the published transition information and the separate terms shown on CPDGD.
6. Acceptable use and community conduct
You must not attack or disrupt the service, reverse-engineer protected systems, automate fraudulent activity, bypass limits, impersonate others, submit malicious content, infringe rights, post unlawful or abusive messages, or use BaronFM for fraud. Public chat may be moderated, hidden or removed to protect users and the service.
7. Content and intellectual property
BaronFM branding, interface, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Music and third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as provided.
8. Advertising and third-party services
Radio.co, Firebase, advertising networks, YouTube, Google Play, CPDGD services and external links are operated under their own terms and policies. BaronFM does not control their availability, content, data practices or decisions. Watching an advertisement does not guarantee credit if the provider does not return a valid completion or anti-fraud verification fails.
9. Availability and disclaimers
BaronFM is provided “as is” and “as available.” Radio, account synchronization, advertisements, scoring and external services may be interrupted by connectivity, maintenance, device restrictions or provider outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRNFlow LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses arising from service interruption, user error or third-party failure. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
BaronFM and its point programs do not provide investment, legal or tax advice. CPDGD and digital-asset activity involve separate risks disclosed on the CPDGD website.
10. Suspension, changes and contact
We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, abuse, fraud, legal requirements or serious violations. We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
