1. Scope
This Policy applies to the BaronFM Android and iOS applications (package/bundle identifier com.brnflow.baron.baronfm), brnflow.com, BaronFM account functions, community chat where available and related support pages. Features and advertising providers may differ by platform. CPDGD wallet and blockchain services have separate notices on cpdgd.brnflow.com.
2. Information we process
Account and profile data
Email address, Firebase UID, username or nickname, authentication/session records and account status. Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication; BaronFM does not receive your password in readable form.
Activity and reward data
BARON or AiRA counters, available and escrow balances, monthly and total scores, mining/session timestamps, referral relationships, eligible advertisement completions, supported listening or YouTube reward activity, leaderboard status, withdrawal requests and anti-abuse indicators where those features are enabled.
Connected wallets and CPDGD data
If you choose to connect a supported external wallet, we process its public address, ownership-verification signature, connection/session information, CPDGD balances (including locked and unlocked amounts), rank and associated reward benefits. These records are linked to your BaronFM account to verify ownership and provide supported features. Wallet connection does not give BaronFM your private keys or seed phrase. Public blockchain records may remain publicly accessible and cannot be erased by deleting your BaronFM account.
Radio and technical data
When you play the stream, Radio.co may process IP address, user-agent, connection information and playback diagnostics needed to deliver and protect the stream. Hosting and security providers may log IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages and error information.
Advertising data
Advertising and mediation SDKs may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, consent signals, ad views, clicks, completions, diagnostics and fraud indicators for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control and abuse prevention.
The iOS application uses Unity Ads for optional rewarded advertisements. Unity may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertisement interactions, usage data, purchase-related data, SDK performance information and device characteristics such as language, model, screen size and connection type, as described in its privacy disclosures. Advertisement-completion records are also associated with your BaronFM account to administer rewards. Unity may process reports you submit about advertisements. Collection and use depend on SDK settings, available features and applicable privacy choices. On iOS, tracking requiring Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization must not occur without that authorization.
Community and support
Messages and display names posted in public chat are visible to others. If you contact us, we process your email address, message and any account or technical details you choose to provide.
We do not request contact lists, precise location, private wallet keys or seed phrases.
3. Why we use information
- Create accounts, authenticate users and synchronize app/web data.
- Operate radio playback, activity counters, referrals, leaderboards and reward eligibility.
- Deliver and measure rewarded advertisements.
- Verify connected wallet ownership, display CPDGD balances and apply eligible rank benefits.
- Provide chat, support and account-deletion services.
- Detect duplicate activity, fraud, automation and violations of program rules.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore and related backend services. Firebase privacy information.
- Radio.co — audio streaming and delivery diagnostics. Radio.co.
- AppLovin MAX and participating mediation partners — mobile advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Liftoff Monetize / Vungle — rewarded advertising, measurement and anti-fraud services. Liftoff Privacy Policy.
- Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads — advertising mediation and delivery where enabled. Unity player privacy information.
- Reown / WalletConnect and your selected wallet provider — supported wallet connections and session communications. These services process connection information under their respective privacy notices.
- YouTube / Google — embedded or linked video and live-stream playback. Google may process device, network and playback information under its Privacy Policy.
- Hosting/CDN and security providers — website delivery, logging and protection.
Providers may use their own subprocessors and may act as independent controllers for some advertising activity under their policies.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting BaronFM, consent for advertising or similar technologies where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You can adjust advertising choices through available consent screens and device settings.
6. Retention and security
Account and reward records are retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the program. Support, security, fraud-prevention and transaction records may be retained for as long as needed to resolve issues, enforce rules or meet legal requirements. Public chat content may be retained for moderation and community safety. Provider logs are retained under each provider’s policies.
We use HTTPS and restricted administrative access. Firebase services used by the platform provide encryption in transit and, for relevant services, at rest. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Verification may be required to protect the account.
To delete an account and associated data, follow the instructions at Account Deletion. You may also clear website storage in your browser and use device privacy settings for advertising controls.
8. Children
BaronFM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users below the age of legal majority should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian where required.
9. International processing
BaronFM and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
10. Contact and updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when services, providers or legal obligations change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
